All babies are guaranteed against any pre-existing conditions; such as bacterial disorders, viruses or deformities. This guarantee is valid for 30 days after birds have been received. Any diagnosis of any pre-existing conditions must be made by a licensed avian veterinarian. Blackstone Aviaries' attending veterinarian must concur with the diagnosis and all laboratory tests and results shall be made available to same. In the event of a loss due to a pre-existing condition, Blackstone Aviaries reserves the right to either replace the loss or issue a refund. This guarantee is invalid if the bird's leg band is removed.
